DreamHost
I’ve been using DreamHost as my preferred website hosting company since 2007. Their dashboard interface is ridiculously easy to navigate. Adding new sites, editing DNS, installing WP; all a breeze. Impressive speed and uptime track records too. One thing really keeps them in my circle of trust: SERVICE! Their live chat is a life-saver and you absolutely will not find that level of support elsewhere.
Fiverr Workspace
Formerly AND.CO, Fiverr Workspace is my bookkeeping tool of choice. This is one browser tab I never close. It’s essentially the backbone of my business—handling all of my income and expenses, plus invoice tracking and online payment processing. The platform is designed for freelancers with a whole bunch of cool features I haven’t even tried yet.
Enfold Theme
I’ve literally built my business around the Enfold WordPress theme. It is extremely rare for a website project to come across my desk that can’t be executed with ease and elegance using Enfold. I’ve launched well over 100 sites powered by this all-in-one theme and have no plans to look elsewhere anytime soon.
WPForms
Contact forms (that actually work) are essential to website development. Over my freelance career, I’ve tried just about every plugin out there, but was never quite satisfied. Discovering WPForms was like parting the clouds and being serenaded by angels. It’s smarter, prettier, and better in every way. If you don’t believe me, just ask the other 5 million pro’s who swear by WPForms.
Shopify
Anyone who makes the mistake of casually mentioning e-commerce to me quickly learns of my passionate, ongoing love affair with Shopify. I cannot say enough good things about this platform. It takes a lot for me to veer from WordPress—but Shopify has earned that privilege with mind-blowing features that help me look like a superhero in the eyes of my clients. I LOVE Shopify!
